Refund Policy

At Mohamed Kubur Services, we strive to provide high-quality services and products to our valued customers. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or replacement is necessary. Please review the following refund guidelines carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements are applicable in the following cases:

• Defective Products: If the materials used in the construction of the headstone or dapur kubur (burial monument) are found to be defective within 30 days of the monument being built. In such cases, we will typically replace the defective product.
• Incorrect Customization: If there are errors in engraving or customization that differ from the approved design.
• Service Delays: If the service delivery exceeds the agreed timeline by more than 120 days due to reasons within our control.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

• Changes in design or customization after the order has been approved and work has begun.
• Customer dissatisfaction with materials or design after installation, if the product was built as per the approved design.
• Additional charges for custom requests (such as tree planting, artificial grass, or engraving) after they have been completed.
• Exhumed burial monuments or services associated with exhumation.
• Natural occurrences or damages caused by external factors (e.g., weather, vandalism) after the service has been provided.

3. Modifications to Services

If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change materials, design, or services), this must be done before the final approval of the project. Once approved, no refunds will be issued for modifications, but any changes requested after approval will incur additional charges based on the scope of the changes.

4. Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, you will be required to pay 50% of the total cost of the project.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations once work has begun.
